The dashboard

Your home base for every deck you own or have access to.

Creating a deck

Click New deck and choose:

  • Blank — a single empty slide with one section, ready for you to fill in.
  • Consultant deck — an 11-slide starting structure with four sections (Context, Recommendation, Execution, Appendix) and placeholder slide labels, useful as a template for structured presentations.

A deck doesn't have a separate name field — its display name is always the title of its first slide. Rename a deck by editing that slide's title inside the editor.

Viewing your decks

Switch between Card and List view using the icons in the top right — your choice is remembered. Card view shows a live preview carousel for each deck; hover a card and use the arrows to page through its slides without opening it.

Each deck shows avatar bubbles for everyone with access to it (you, the owner, and anyone invited via sharing).

Deleting a deck

Click the trash icon on a deck's card or row, then confirm. This permanently deletes the deck — there's no undo.

Your profile

Click your avatar or email in the header to open your profile. From there you can set a username and upload an avatar image. Your login email is shown but can't be changed here.

App settings

The gear icon opens app-wide settings, currently just a Dark mode toggle.

turtledeck currently has no folders or manual sorting for decks — they're listed flat, most recently updated first.
